Dysons Frequent Hirer Program - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Participation

Schools with existing contracts or pre-negotiated rates are not eligible.

Regional schools can participate but must book through the Bundoora depot (unless their local depot offers a similar program).

Benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the school that qualified.

The Frequent Hirer Program and points refresh at the beginning of each calendar year. Schools must requalify for benefits annually.
-
Participation in the program implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Program Spend & Booking Requirements

Annual spend is calculated based on fully completed and paid bookings within the current calendar year.
-
Bookings must be made and paid by the end of the current calendar year to qualify for benefits.
-
Discounts and credits apply only after a tier is achieved (not retrospectively).
-
Cancelled or rescheduled bookings may affect the annual spend calculation.
3. Program Benefits
Credits

Issued each school term (or as specified).
-
Valid for the duration of the current calendar year.
Scholarships
-
Dysons Community Scholarship available once per calendar year.
-
Must be requested by the end of the current calendar year.
-
Can be used for school-related initiatives (student development, community outreach, excursions).
-
Subject to Dysons' review and approval.
5% Off Trips
-
Applies only to trips booked after the tier is reached and is not retrospective.
-
This discount will be applied to trips with a start date from the point at which the tier is achieved.
End-of-Year Charter Trip
-
Available to Gold and Platinum tiers once per calendar year.
-
Value capped at $2,000.
-
Additional costs (extra attendees, premium services) are paid directly by the school.
4. Program Administration & Terms

Dysons reserves the right to:

Review/approve scholarship applications.
-
Amend or terminate the Frequent Hirer Program (terms, benefits, eligibility).
-
Disqualify participants found to be in violation of program terms.
-
5. Liability & Privacy
-
Dysons is not liable for losses/damages arising from program participation (except where required by law).

Schools consent to Dysons collecting and using their data for program administration and promotional purposes (handled per Privacy Policy).
