The Dyson Group is committed to making a sustainable positive social impact in Australia.
Supporting Social Enterprises
One standout initiative is our partnership with Frank & Tom’s Café at our Bundoora depot, offering employment opportunities for Victorians with disabilities. This in-house social enterprise not only provides meaningful work but also fosters a supportive environment for skill development and personal growth.
A Vision for Inclusive and Connected Communities
These initiatives reflect Dysons’ unwavering dedication to fostering a more inclusive, supportive, and connected community across Victoria and New South Wales.
Empowering Women and Gender-Diverse Individuals
We are equally proud of our collaboration with WomenCAN through the Driving to Employment Program. This initiative empowers women and gender-diverse individuals to take on traditionally male-dominated roles in the bus industry. Our Apprentice Mechanic Program further targets women, helping break barriers in traditionally male-dominated roles.
Commitment to Reconciliation
Our commitment to reconciliation is deeply rooted in our partnership with Indigenous Cultural Connections. We’ve begun our Reconciliation Action Plan journey with cultural awareness training and look forward to continuing on our reconciliation journey as a business.
